Storely is in beta. The registered details of the company that operates Storely will be added here once registration is complete. We'll email account owners before any material change to this page.

  1. 1The service

    Storely is a support assistant for online stores. It answers customers in connected channels, reads order and product information from your Shopify store, prepares drafts, and hands conversations to your team when needed.

    By creating an account or using Storely, you agree to these terms. If you use Storely for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.

    Storely is in beta. Features may change, and some may be limited while we improve them. We'll tell you before removing something you rely on.

  2. 2Accounts and workspaces

    • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
    • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
    • The workspace owner controls the workspace, its team and its settings.
    • Tell us at support [at] askstorely.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
  3. 3Your responsibilities

    • Connect only stores and channel accounts you're allowed to manage.
    • Tell your customers, in your own privacy policy, that you use an assistant service to answer messages.
    • Keep the information you give Storely (policies, answers, instructions) accurate. Storely answers from it.
    • Follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including Shopify's and Meta's terms and WhatsApp's messaging policies.
  4. 4AI-generated replies

    Replies are written by AI from your store's data and the knowledge you provide. Storely is designed to answer only from those facts, to hand over to a person when it is unsure, and to ask a person before refunds, cancellations or order changes. Even so, an AI reply can be wrong or incomplete.

    You choose how much the AI does: answer by itself, prepare drafts only, run in a practice mode that sends nothing, or stay off. You remain responsible for what your store tells its customers, and for the decisions your team approves.

  5. 5Plans and billing

    Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Introductory prices apply for the period stated there.

    When paid plans are active, you pay in advance for each billing period, and you can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for you.

  6. 6Acceptable use

    Don't use Storely to:

    • send spam, or messages to people who haven't contacted your store or agreed to hear from it;
    • mislead customers, or sell goods or services that are illegal;
    • collect data you're not allowed to collect;
    • break, overload or probe the security of Storely, or access other workspaces;
    • copy or resell the service.

    We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules. Unless the situation is urgent or the law prevents it, we'll explain why and give you a chance to fix it first.

  7. 7Your data

    Your store data, your knowledge and your conversations remain yours. You let us use them only to provide Storely to you, as described in our privacy policy.

    You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.

  8. 8Liability

    We work to keep Storely available and accurate, but we provide it as is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

    As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

  9. 9Ending the agreement

    You can stop using Storely and close your account at any time by writing to support [at] askstorely.com. We may end these terms if you seriously break them, or by giving you 30 days' notice.

    When the account closes, the AI stops answering, the store connections are removed, and we delete your data within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.

  10. 10Governing law and changes

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

    If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For material changes, we email account owners at least 30 days in advance. Questions about these terms: support [at] askstorely.com.
